Registrations are invited for the SHRI NJ YASASWY MEMORIAL 10TH MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2025 , organized by the Moot Court Society (MCS) of ICFAI LAW School, IFHE, Hyderabad Apply at:  MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM    by July 10, 2025. Procedure for Allotment: Allotments shall be based solely on the “Average XIX Internal Moot Rank.”  Kindly apply after having perused the Rules and Moot Proposition of the competition.  NOTE: Once the moot is allotted, the team must adhere to the following guidelines. 1.  For tier 2 moots and below, Faculty for mentoring will only be allotted based on availability. 2. The team must submit their Final Memorials to MCC via Mailing it to Official MCC Mail ID at least five days before the final submission to the Host University/College, in case of omission to do so the team will not be allowed to submit it to host university. 3. The team...

Price, the founder of the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy (PCMLP) at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, in recognition of his lifelong devotion and outstanding contribution to the development of media freedom and the rule of law.
