With regards to the misconduct of the team for the  7th edition of B.M. Sreenivasaiah Memorial National Moot Court Competition, 2022  the team consisting of  Mahima Kaur,  Vedic Mangal Agarwal and  Aditya Gupta,  BCOM LLB 3RD YEAR  stands disqualified for the academic year 2022-23. The team will not be allowed to participate in any internal competition organized by Moot Court Association, UPES as well as will not be eligible for any external competitions.
