Dear all, Greetings! The memorial exchange for the 1st UPES Online Internal Moot Court Competition will be conducted tomorrow i.e. 12th June, 2020 . The memorials of opposite teams will be mailed to Speaker 1 of every team. Teams will get to know their team codes through the memorial exchange email. The timings of the rounds along with Google Meet links will also be mentioned in the emails. NOTE 1: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NOT SENT EMAILS CONFIRMING THE REGISTRATION TO ANY TEAMS. After numerous requests asking for extension of dates, it is informed that the dates for oral rounds of 1st UPES ONLINE INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2020 has been extended. Dear Participants,  We are pleased to inform you that the 2-Day Expert Session on 'How to Ace Corporate and Insolvency Law Moots' conducted on 30-31st May from 4 pm - 6 pm was successfully organised by the Moot Court Association, (MCA). The workshop saw the participation of around 100+ students at its peak, being a truly interactive event wherein students participated actively. The workshop covered numerous aspects; from the basics of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and tips on becoming a successful insolvency practitioner to importance of corporate moots, tips and strategies to ace such moots. The new date stand as- Soft Copy Memorial Submission : Before  03:00 pm on 07/06/2020 a) Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder. The ZIP folder will be named as the Name of Speaker 1 of the team. For eg. If the name of Speaker  1 is X, then the file will be named as X.zip. b) In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in a PDF format.
