Dear all,   Greetings from the Moot Court Association!   After multiple requests from students and deliberations with the Faculty Convener MCA, it has been decided that no memorial selection rounds would be conducted . All teams who have submitted their memorials will now be allowed to participate in the oral rounds of the XV Internal Moot Court Competition, 2020.   All the Best and Happy Mooting!

 Dear all, Greetings from the Moot Court Association! The Researchers Test for the XV Internal Moot Court Competition 2020 will be conducted tomorrow i.e. 1st October, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. through Blackboard . We request the researchers of all participating teams to strictly adhere to the given time.   All the Best and Happy Mooting!

Dear Students, Moot Court Association tries in promoting the spirit of mooting and thus we understand the hard work that goes in preparation of memorial. In this regard, the notification is to inform that as per direction from Faculty Convener, Moot Court Association, it is decided that Memorial Selection Round will be conducted for the moot in order to accommodate large no. of participants. A stipulated number of teams shall be selected in Memorial Selection round and only those selected teams shall be eligible to participate in subsequent oral round. The parameters for assessing the memorials can be accessed through the Rule Book.

Dear Participants, Greetings! The soft copy memorial submission has been extended. The new date stands as- Soft Copy Memorial Submission: Before 05:00 pm on 23/09/2020 a) Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder. The ZIP folder will be named as the Name of Researcher of the team. For eg. If the name of Researcher is X, then the file will be named as X.zip. b) In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in a PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Researcher-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent). For eg. If the name of Researcher is X and the memorial is from the side of Petitioner, the name of the file will be X-P.pdf c) The compendium, if any, shall not be uploaded along with the memorial through the form. The researcher of the team can screen share them during the rounds. d) The ZIP file will be uploaded through the link given below: Google Form: Memorial Submission e) All memorials must be submitted before 05:00
