Dear Students, This is to notify that there has been an amendment made in Rule no. 4.4 of the   Moot Court Association (Participation and Allotment in Moot Court Competition) Rules, 2019 The change made is as follows: 4.4 Allotment of moots to the members of the core organizing team of Internal Moot Court Competition:   While the member of the core organizing team* of Internal Moot Court Competition may not participate in the said competition in same manner as other students, in order to ensure a fair chance to those of such members who are interested in opting for external Competitions, the MCA will allot as per the average ranks of other teammates. E.g. A, B and C want to get the moot allotted. C is also in the part of the core organizing committee. Hence, is barred from participating in the Intra Moot, then the average team rank will be calculated on the basis of ranks of A and B. Dear Students, We are looking forward to invite application in order to select the team which could represent School of Law, UPES at 1st DME National Trial Advocacy Competition, 2019 on November 4th, 2019.
