This is to notify that the team consisting of  Arpan Semwal,  Aryaman Kaushik and Vanishri Rao of   BBA.LLB with specialization in Corporate laws, 3rd year   have been blacklisted for the entire year for withdrawing participation from    A LC National Moot Court Competition, 2020. The implications of this would be that  till Febrauary, 2021 , the above-mentioned students cannot take part in any of the events organized by Moot Court Association, may it be as a participant or organizing member.

Dear all, Greetings! The Researcher's Test for the VII Novice Moot Court Competition, 2020 will be conducted tomorrow i.e. 12th February, 2020 from 2 pm to 3 pm in Room No. 2111 . Please note that it is compulsory for researchers of all the teams to appear for test. Also, this is to clarify that Researcher's Test is not a qualifying ground  for Oral Round. All the teams who have registered themselves will be participating in oral rounds, irrespective of marks scored in test. Also, the Memorial Exchange will also take place tomorrow, i.e.,  12th February, 2020 for which one speaker from every team must be present.   The time and venue for this will be posted on the blog shortly. With the huge interest shown towards mooting by the participants, it has been decided that an orientation session for all the first and second year students will be conducted on Thursday and Friday (February 6 and 7 , 2020) at 4:30 pm.  It would be conducted by 4th year senior students and would provide an idea of what mooting is all about, how to argue before the judges, how to go about with the  court mannerisms and all other things about oral rounds.
