  Dear Students, Greeting from Moot Court Association! As per the Allotment Rules 2022- 2023 , it is compulsory to participate in the XVII Internal Moot Court Competition 2022, held by MCA to be eligible to participate in external Moot Court Competitions. Any student who has not participated in Internal Moot Court Competition held in that respective year shall have no claim of any nature with MCA with respect to allotments. For the purpose of allotment the Moot Court Association has released the  Moot Preference Form . It is mandatory for all the teams to fill out this form.   MOOT PREFERENCE FORM  Please note the following major rules related to allotment:- It is mandatory for every participating team to fill the external participation registration form, failing which, their participation can be canceled. No Student is allowed to register themselves for any external competition without prior approval of MCA. Any action in contradiction of this clause attracts  five years ban from MCA.

  The Moot Court Association, UPES School of Law proposes an Internal Client Counselling Competition for the second week of November, 2022. Client Counselling is a coveted skill that every law student should master. What sets apart a great lawyer from a good one is their capability to extract the right information from the client and put across their ideas concisely and confidently. The journey of developing a strong attorney-client rapport is one that takes years of practice. While dealing with a client, there may be multiple challenges like difficulty in establishing trust, not getting the right questions for obtaining the relevant information the client is withholding etc. For the inculcation of this very skill, the Moot Court Association proposes the Internal Client Counselling Competition, 2022 for the (tentative) dates of 11 th to 13 th November, 2022.   Dear Students, Greetings from Moot Court Association The Moot Court Association of our University is organizing the V Surana and Surana and UPES School of Law, National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2022 which i s scheduled from   14th - 16th October 2022   in   online format.   The moot proposition is drafted by a luminous bench of drafters- Kumar Saurabh Singh (Partner), Ashwij Ramaiah (Senior Associate),  and  Rohitesh Tak (Associate)   at   Khaitan & Co, Mumbai. In this regard, we are inviting a dummy team to participate in the said Competition.
