Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of the 1st UPES Online Internal Moot Court Competition, 2020. The Competition is open for all the students of First year to Final Year of  B.A., LL.B. (H),  B.B.A.LL.B. (H), B.Com., LL.B.(H)., B.SC LLB and B.Tech. LL.B.(H)  from School of Law, UPES MCA encourages all interested students to participate in this edition of Moot Court Competition.  Note :  Registration can be done only through submitting google registration form. Every committee is made successful by its human resource, and we invite applications from  students from the 1st to 4th year, from  all batches of LAW ,  for various internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2020-21. Portfolios and qualifications for such posts are as under: Position General Qualification Research Committee Head ·          Should be Currently from 3 rd Year ·          Minimum CGPA 6 ·          Must have participated in at least 2 national/international Moot Court Competition/Trial Advocacy ·          Shall be a member of any committee in last one year. ·          Must have a good academic record ·          Must not have been subjected to any disciplinary proceeding. Research Committee Sub-Head ·          Should be Currently from 2nd Year ·          Minimum CGPA 6 ·          Must have participated in at least 1 national

MCA, School of Law brings to you a pertinent Webinar which deals with a contemporary ambit for our students on the 'Nuances of Mooting' moderated by Dean (SoL) Dr. V.K. Singh along with Speaker Mr. Saunak Rajguru. Mr. Saunak is an Attorney of Projects, Infrastructure, and Energy at J. Sagar Associates, New Delhi. He has qualified and won many National Moots for some of which he has also been awarded as the best speaker.
