Moot Court Association is pleased to announce the initiation of the XIIth UPES Internal Moot Court Competition, 2017. It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions. No further challengers will be conducted for allotment of any moot till the next Internal Moot Court Competition, barring exceptional circumstances, to be decided at the discretion of MCA. This year Internal Moot Court Competition will be conducted into two parts - National Pool and International Pool . Interested students can apply only for one pool among the two. The rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 24th to 26th August, 2017 .
