XIV INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2019 MCA believes in inducing a rich mooting culture and expanding student participation in mooting. With the same spirit and owing to plethora of requests from the teams,  we hereby inform you that all the teams who registered for XIV Internal Moot Court Competition and subsequently submitted the hard copy of memorials on 21 August, 2019 shall be eligible to appear for Oral Rounds.  Thus, the notification of Memorial Evaluation Round and its results thereof dated 14 August, 2019  and 28 August, 2019 respectively shall stand dismissed. Dear Students, This is to inform you that Moot Court Association will be accepting all the Memorials in the the hard copy format including those memorials which are submitted after 11:59 on 20th August, 2019. There will be no negative marking for the same. However, there will be memorial evaluation round subsequent to which a stipulated number of teams shall qualify for the further oral rounds as notified on August 14th, 2019. Teams are requested to inform about any change in their team composition at time of submission of hard copy. No further change will be entertained after that. Dear Students, Moot Court Association tries in promoting the spirit of mooting and thus we understand the hard work that goes in preparation of memorial   In this regard, the notification is to inform that as per direction from Ms. Pooja Gautam, Faculty Convener, Moot Court Association, it is decided that Memorial Selection Round will be conducted for National Pool in order to accommodate large no. of participants. A stipulated number of teams shall be selected in Memorial Selection round and only those selected teams shall be eligible to participate in subsequent oral round.
