Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! We are pleased to announce the call for applications for only one Researcher to join the team for 8th edition of the Arun Jaitley International Insolvency & Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition , organized by the Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) at National Law University Delhi. Apply at: FORM by January 3, 2026 (Latest by 12:00 P.M.). Procedure for Allotment: Allotments shall be based solely on the “Average XIX Internal Moot Rank.” Kindly apply after having perused the Rules and Moot Proposition of the competition. NOTE: Once the moot is allotted, the team must adhere to the following guidelines: 1. For tier 2 moots and below, Faculty for mentoring will only be allotted based on availability. 2.
