Intra-Trial Advocacy [ 23rd-26th April, 2016] Moot Court Association is exhilarated to announce the initiation of the Intra Trial Advocacy   Competition organized by College of Legal Studies in University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The dates of the competition are 23rd-26th April, 2016. Kindly also find below the important rules from the Trial Advocacy Rule Book 2016 for the participants: 1.            March 19 th  2016 : Registrations open (online registration through the link provided below and also at Rule 7.1.4 of the Rule Book) 2.            April 5th 2016 : Last Date for registration through the web link and Payment of fees 3.            A team comprises of 5 members. 2 speakers and 3 witnesses. 4.            All LL.B. students, irrespective of the year in which they are studying are eligible to be a speaker. 5.            Witness can be any UPES student, irrespective of the college or course in which he is studying. 6.            Teams will be char

NLS NMC (Negotiation, Mediation & Client Counselling) Competition 2016 Dates of the competition: 14th-17th April, 2016 Team Composition:  Two-member teams for the Negotiation and Client Counselling competitions.  Last date of Internal Registration: 16th March, 2016 (mail to mca.upes@gmail.com) Note: MCA will only be making allotment for Negotiation and Client Counselling Competition. Teams interested in Mediation competition needs to approach Legal Aid Cell. 

Saveetha School of Law’s  4th JUS AMICUS National Moot 2016   [April 15-17, Chennai] Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies’  3rd National Moot Lex Fortissimus 2016 [April 15-17, Bangalore] The above mentioned moots are open for challengers. The last for internal applications is 15th March, 2016 (mail to mca.upes@gmail.com The format of mail should be: "Name of the moot. Speaker 1-Name, Course, Year CGPA 'Moot' Achievements. Speaker 2-Name, Course, Year CGPA 'Moot'  Achievements. Researcher -Name, Course, Year CGPA 'Moot'  Achievements."
