 Dear All,   Mooting is an exhilarating experience, that makes us all channel our inner advocates. Mooting is the only means that lets a law student experience the mannerisms, ethics, and surroundings of a real court. And Moot Court Association here at UPES has always been keen to inculcate the seed of mooting in students from the very initial years of their law school journey.   One such initiative taken by the MCA, this year is to form a list where all of those who don’t have a team but still are interested in participating in the coming " X Novice Moot Court Competition, 2023” can form a team among themselves and have a wonderful mooting experience. So, if you are eager to be a participant in this year’s competition and still can’t find a proper team composition, please fill the requisites in the form attached below.     Once, we receive the desired number of applications, we’ll circulate the list.   Dear Students, Greetings from Moot Court Association The Moot Court Association of our University is organizing  13th UPES – Dr. Paras Diwan Memorial International Energy Law Moot Court competition, 2023  which is scheduled from  February 10 th -13 th , 2023  in a  hybrid  format. This year's moot proposition is drafted by  Dr. Mayank Mishra , Assistant Professor at School of Law, UPES and a legal academician with proven experience in litigation, with not just deep theoretical understanding of subjects but also well versed with the practical implementation of laws.  He has thorough knowledge about the field of energy laws and the more niche areas you'd only expect an expert to know. In this regard, we are inviting a dummy team to participate in the said Competition. We encourage 2nd and 3rd-year students specifically to participate as it will provide an exciting experience to witness how teams perform in coveted national moots.
