The Moot Court Association is exhilarated to see the overwhelming response for the XVII Internal Moot Court Competition 2022-23.  When it comes to Moot Court Competitions, a  popular tendency is to highlight how mooting is all about developing the right oral skills which are quintessential for real world oral advocacy. But an integral - yet overlooked - aspect of mooting is research and drafting.  Hence, in order to emphasize on the Research & drafting skills of the participants, the moot court Association of UPES is ecstatic to introduce the MEMORIAL SCREENING ROUND .
