Dear Students, We are looking forward to conducting the challengers in order to select the team which could represent School of Law, UPES at  Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot 2019. Challengers shall be conducted on  December 24, 2018.  Due to the holidays  written submission (soft copy) has to be made by December 23, 2018 (Sunday) and the oral rounds shall be conducted on December 24, 2018   (Monday)  over a skype/ telephonic call.  For oral rounds, time and contact details of the judges shall be communicated to the participants through e-mail. It is a matter of great pride and happiness that the moot team from UPES School of Law is the  RUNNERS UP  and also,  Team Wih Best Coordination  in  National Law University, Delhi Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition 2018 in Association with IBBI, UNCITRAL CAP & INSOL  held at  National Law University, Delhi from 16-17 Nov 2018 .  Prof. (Dr.) Vijay Kumar Singh, Ms. Shruti Reddy, and Ms. Ritam Arora are the official faculty mentors of the team.
