 Dear All,  Greetings from MCA!  The notice is regarding the Researcher's Test for XVI Internal Moot Court Competition. Kindly keep the following instructions in mind: 1. The test will begin at 5:00 P.M. on 23rd October, 2021 and will be conducted via Google Form. 2. The researchers will get the link for the Google Meet on the day of the test and are expected to start joining 10 minutes before the allotted time to avoid any technical issues. 3. The link for the Google Form will be provided in the meet itself.  3. The researchers are to keep their camera and audio switched on for the entire duration of the test. 4. The researchers are discouraged from following any unfair means and any such action will lead to disqualification.  5. Any team backing out of the competition from hereon will be subjected to strict penalty. All the Best and Happy Mooting!

  Dear Participants, Greetings! The general instructions for memorial submission are as follows:- a) Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder. The ZIP folder will be named as the Name of Researcher of the team. For e.g. If the name of the Researcher is X, then the file will be named X.zip. b) In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Researcher-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent). (In the Rulebook it was mentioned that the Memorials have to be named after the Speaker 1 of the team but we request you to please name it after the researcher.) For e.g. If the name of the Researcher is X and the memorial is from the side of Petitioner, the name of the file will be X-P.pdf c) The compendium, if any, shall not be uploaded along with the memorial through the form. Moot Court Association, in collaboration with Bettering Results, organized a webinar on Approaching Arbitration Moots: A primer to the XVI Internal Moot Court Competition, 2021 on 17th October 2021. The session was a fruitful one, with over 120 attendees gaining first-hand knowledge on Arbitration Moots, their preparation, and the practices adhered to by a student while dealing with such a moot.
