However, preference would be given to the teams who have not been allotted any moot yet.  NOTE :  1. All the teams who have been denied the opportunity to apply for moots (through email) are now eligible to apply. 2. In case of failure to answer the following question  correctly  asked in the google form, the team shall be disqualified immediately to apply for any other moot:  " Have you been allotted any moot on the basis of rank in XIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2018?" Dear Students, Please take note of the following rules for IVth Internal Trial Advocacy Competition, 2018: 34 Memorials  will be selected after Memorial Selection Round. Earlier, the capping was at 14 memorials. Date of submission(soft copy) has been extended till October 03, 3018(Wednesday) . Submission of the memorial done after 03 October 2018 shall be subject to deduction of  5 marks for delay of every 10 minutes . For example : Memorials submitted between 00:01am to 00:10am – 5 marks shall be deducted. Similarly, memorials submitted between 00:11am to 00:20am – 10 marks shall be deducted. Mention the name of the team members only in the body of the mail and not in the file name. File name must be  Prosecution  and  Defence. Only  1 Hard copy  of memorials from each side will be submitted on  October 04(Thursday), 2018  between 3 :0 0pm to 4:30 pm  in Room no.  2502.  The memorials should  not be covered with a plastic cover or combed bound .  Teams are requested to  stap
