The first allotment will be formulated on the basis of the below-attached form.  Dear All,  Greetings from MCA!  The notice is regarding the Researcher's Test for XVI Internal Moot Court Competition. Kindly keep the following instructions in mind: 1. The test will begin at 5:00 P.M. on 23rd October, 2021 and will be conducted via Google Form. 2. The researchers will get the link for the Google Meet on the day of the test and are expected to start joining 10 minutes before the allotted time to avoid any technical issues. 3. The link for the Google Form will be provided in the meet itself.  3. The researchers are to keep their camera and audio switched on for the entire duration of the test. 4. The researchers are discouraged from following any unfair means and any such action will lead to disqualification.  5. The ZIP folder will be named as the Name of Researcher of the team. For e.g. If the name of the Researcher is X, then the file will be named X.zip. b) In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Researcher-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent). (In the Rulebook it was mentioned that the Memorials have to be named after the Speaker 1 of the team but we request you to please name it after the researcher.) It has come to our notice that many students are not participating in the XVI Internal Moot Court Competition, 2021 on the assumption that they shall be allotted national moot court competitions on the basis of CGPA score. We request you to take note that no allotments on the basis of CGPA score shall be made and participation in the XVI Internal Moot Court Competition, 2021 is mandatory for further participation in external moots. Allotments shall be made solely on the rankings secured in the Internal Moot. Therefore, non-participation in the Internal Moot will result in no allotment opportunities. Furthermore, the revised allotment rules for the year 2021-22 shall be released along with the rankings and major changes are to be expected in the allotment procedures .   Dear All, MCA has always been keen to share the joy of mooting among the students of SoL. It is also our prime motive and concern to snub the fear of mooting from young mooters. For the same, an initiative has been taken by MCA, to compile a list of experienced and celebrated mooters from 5th year for our 2nd year students. The 5th years will mostly provide pointers on how one should prepare for their upcoming internal moot without disclosing any major information, clearing specific points of doubts for inquiring 2 nd years. Saying that, it is requested to all the 2nd year mooters who are keen on clearing their doubts to refrain from directly calling and pestering the 5th year students as they are at a crucial point of their law journey.     Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of the XVI Internal Moot Court Competition, 2021. It may be noted that  it is compulsory to participate  in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions. No further challengers will be conducted for allotment of any moot till the next Internal Moot Court Competition, barring exceptional circumstances, to be decided at the discretion of MCA. To understand the allotment process for external moots kindly refer to allotment rules for 2021-22. The Competition is open for all the students of Second year to Final Year of  B.A., LL.B.
