Certificates- Workshop on How to Ace Corporate & Insolvency Law Moots

Dear Participants, 


We are pleased to inform you that the 2-Day Expert Session on 'How to Ace Corporate and Insolvency Law Moots' conducted on 30-31st May from 4 pm - 6 pm was successfully organised by the Moot Court Association, (MCA). The workshop saw the participation of around 100+ students at its peak, being a truly interactive event wherein students participated actively.


The workshop covered numerous aspects; from the basics of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and tips on becoming a successful insolvency practitioner to importance of corporate moots, tips and strategies to ace such moots.

** Certificates are only presented to those participants who attended the workshop on both days & also participated in the quiz.

Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Registrations are invited for the 22 nd  K.K. Luthra Memorial Moot Court, 2026, organized by the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Delhi. Apply at:  MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM    by May 20, 2025. Dear Students! Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) . The Moot Court’s primary objective has been to continue developing an increased awareness and interest in IHL in academic institutions in India. Additionally, it aims to use IHL to further academic excellence among the student community and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition.
