  Dear Participants, We have an important update regarding the time allotment for the Preliminary Round 2. Instead of 30 minutes per team, each team will now have 25 minutes, which means the total time, including rebuttals and sur-rebuttals, will be 50 minutes. Please make a note of this change, and be prepared for the upcoming rounds with the adjusted timing.
