About the Moot: The Oxford Moot serves a very valuable purpose, both in encouraging students to further their studies in intellectual property law, and also in showcasing the research work of the Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre.

The UPES will not be providing any funding. The teams are expected to manage on their own.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
