Dear Students!

Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!!

Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 33rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.

The purpose of the Vis Moot is to foster the study of international commercial law and arbitration and provide practical training to students for resolving international business disputes. The business community’s marked preference for resolving international commercial disputes by arbitration is the reason this method of dispute resolution was selected as the clinical tool to train law students.

Interested teams can apply by filling the form at: MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM by May 30, 2025.

Note: The application is open for all students from 2nd year to 5th year.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. MCC delightfully introduces to you; XIX INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2024 The Competition is open to all the law students of UPES, from II    year to Final year, pursuing 5-year integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB; 3-year LLB and BTech LLB (III year onwards). Dear Students! Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) . The Moot Court’s primary objective has been to continue developing an increased awareness and interest in IHL in academic institutions in India. Additionally, it aims to use IHL to further academic excellence among the student community and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition.
