CALL FOR APPLICATION | 6th TGA Virtual Moot Court Competition

Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!!

Registrations are invited for the 6th TGA Virtual Moot Court Competition, organized by Thomas George and Associates.

Apply at:  MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM  by July 24, 2025.

Procedure for Allotment: Allotments shall be based solely on the “Average XIX Internal Moot Rank.”

 Kindly apply after having perused the Rules and Moot Proposition of the competition.

 NOTE: Once the moot is allotted, the team must adhere to the following guidelines.

1.  For tier 2 moots and below, Faculty for mentoring will only be allotted based on availability.

2. The team must submit their Final Memorials to MCC by mailing them to the Official MCC Mail ID at least five days before the final submission to the Host University/College. In case of omission to do so the team will not be allowed to submit it to the host university.

3. The teams will be penalized and will not be allowed to participate in the allotted moot court competition if they do not get prior approval from the mentor allotted to them.

 In case of any query while filling up the Allotment Form, contact team MCC but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright if any discrepancy is found.

NOTE: No application shall be considered if the Allotment Form is being filled from the Personal Mail ID, only Student Mail ID’s responses will be considered.

Dear Students! Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) . The Moot Court’s primary objective has been to continue developing an increased awareness and interest in IHL in academic institutions in India. Additionally, it aims to use IHL to further academic excellence among the student community and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition. Pre-Allotment of Moot Court Competitions | XIX Internal Moot Court Competition 2024

  Greetings from the Moot Court Committee, School of Law, UPES! We are pleased to inform all participants of the XIX Internal Moot Court Competition 2024 that the list of moots allotted to the Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers has been released, based on the preferences submitted in the Moot Preference Form. We request all participants to review the list and begin preparing for their allotted external competitions. PRE-ALLOTMENT LIST Note: Please keep track of the release dates for your assigned competitions. If you wish to withdraw from any competition, kindly inform the Moot Court Committee at least one month prior to the scheduled competition date by emailing the official Moot Court ID at mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in. For teams or participants who did not submit their preference forms, allotments will be based on moot blawg posts.
