Greetings from the Moot Court Committee, UPES!!

Mooting, the art of persuasive argumentation, provides students with an avenue to hone their legal acumen, research skills, and advocacy techniques. It allows budding lawyers to immerse themselves in the intricacies of legal reasoning, ethics, and courtroom protocol. The Moot Court Committee is dedicated to nurturing these skills by offering opportunities right from the early stages of every student’s legal education. With great pride, MCC presents to you:

XX INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2025

The Competition is open to all the law students of UPES, from II year to Final year, pursuing 5-year integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB and 3-year LLB. Participation in the Internal Moot Court Competition is mandatory to be eligible for representing the University in any External Competitions. Students failing to participate shall be deemed ineligible for External Competitions.

NOTE: Registrations shall only be accepted through the Google Registration Form accessible either by scanning the QR code in the poster or by following the registration link provided below.

The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled as follows:

  • Online Rounds: October 29 - 30, 2025
  • Offline Rounds: October 28, 31 – November 1, 2025

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS | 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition

Dear Students! Greetings from the Moot Court Committee!!! Wait is now over! We are inviting applications for 24th Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition on International Humanitarian Law (IHL) . The Moot Court’s primary objective has been to continue developing an increased awareness and interest in IHL in academic institutions in India. Additionally, it aims to use IHL to further academic excellence among the student community and to develop their advocacy skills in an environment of friendly competition. Interested teams and students (individually) can apply by filling the form at: MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM by April 23, 2025. Note: The application is open for all students from 2nd year to 5th year.
