APPLICATION FOR ALLOTMENT OF MOOTS

Call for application for allotment of moot

To all participants who have registered as a team on the basis of their individual ranks in the National Pool of the XII Intra Moot Court Competition, call for application for allotment of the following moots:


  • 7th FYLC-RANKA NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION 2017

For all the aforementioned moots, interested teams are requested to please send in an email to mca.upes@gmail.com, with the subject of the email as:- Application for allotment of the 'name of the moot court competition', in case of application for one moot only; and in case of application for multiple moots, with the subject as 'Application for allotment of the moot court competition' ; stating the full name and course details of the team members, along with the average team rank in the body of the email. NO other subject name shall be entertained. One may apply, through a solitary email only, for more than one of the aforementioned competitions, but you are requested to segregate the same in order of your preference, Eg. 1st Choice- Moot 'A'; 2nd Choice- Moot 'B'; etc.

One may apply for a maximum of 3 competitions, choosing from the ones notified by this post, but it is important that the competitions applied for, are ranked in order of preference. Allotments would be made on the sole basis of average team rank.

It is imperative that you most positively mention the correct and complete name of the competition. Any typographical error may lead to non allotment of that moot court competition.

The last date for sending applications for allotment of any of the aforementioned moots is 11:59 a.m., 23rd September, 2017. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright.


 Please read the Moot Court Association (Participation and Allotment in Moot Court Competition) Rules, 2017, before applying.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
