CALL FOR APPLICATION AS AND REGISTRATION OF MOOT TEAMS

Call for application as and registration of moot teams.

Dear all,

The new year shall be bringing forth various moot court competitions during this allotment period. In light of the same, we at the MCA are inviting applications from 3-member teams, comprising 2 Speakers and 1 Researcher, all of who (participant) must have participated in the National Pool of the XIIth Intra Moot Court Competition, and secured a 'rank'. 

This call is most graciously extended to any participant who has not been allotted with any moot on the basis of their latest Intra Moot rank, by 18th September, 2017.

Please send in an email to mca.upes@gmail.com, with the subject of the email as:- 'Application as moot team 2017-18', and nothing else. Any other subject name shall lead to disqualification of the team. Please realize that the team shall be for the complete allotment period and no subsequent changes in team composition may be allowed.

Please mention complete details of the team, including individual intra speaker and researcher codes; the individual ranks secured; and the average team rank. Subsequent allotments would be made on the sole basis of average team rank. All of the details are very important; there should be NO typographic errors.

Average team rank means the average of the summation of the ranks secured by the Speakers and the Researcher.

The last date for sending applications for registration of the moot teams is 11:59 a.m., 21st September, 2017. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright. It shall be assumed that all those not registering as a part of a team, have been unable to secure a team, and then the MCA shall suo moto allot them to teams.

Anyone sending baseless email/s without reading through the entire call, shall be personally dealt with.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
