CALL FOR APPLICATION AS AND REGISTRATION OF MOOT TEAMS

Call for application as and registration of 2-member moot teams.

Dear all,

This call is extended to only those unable to register themselves as a part of a 3-member team in furtherance of the notification released on this blog on 19/09/2017. We invite applications from individuals unable to form a 3-member team, but who have a 2-member team comprising of either 2 Speakers or 1 Speaker and 1 Researcher, all of who (participant) must have participated in the National Pool of the XIIth Intra Moot Court Competition, and secured a 'rank'. 

All interested please send in an email to mca.upes@gmail.com, with the subject of the email as:- 'Application as moot team 2017-18_ Requirement of Speaker/ Researcher' (whichever is applicable), and nothing else. Any other subject name shall lead to disqualification of the team. Please realize that the team shall be for the complete allotment period and no subsequent changes in team composition may be allowed.

Please mention complete details of the existing team, including individual intra speaker and/or researcher codes; the individual ranks secured; and the current 2-member average team rank. All of the details are very important; there should be NO typographic errors.

 Subsequent allotments would be made on the sole basis of average team rank. Average team rank means the average of the summation of the ranks secured by the Speakers and the Researcher.

The last date for sending applications for registration of the moot teams is 11:59 a.m., 24th September, 2017. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright. All individuals, unable to form a 2-member team shall, after the call for this application has expired, be allotted to teams by the MCA suo moto.

Anyone sending baseless email/s without reading through the entire call, shall be personally dealt with.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
