Call for Researcher: Chandigarh University 2nd National Moot Court Competition, 2017

We are looking forward to send a team to represent CoLS, UPES at the 2nd National Moot Court Competition which is scheduled to be held on 2nd - 4th November, 2017, at the University Institute of Legal Studies, Chandigarh University, Punjab.

Based on earlier challengers, the moot has already been allotted to
  • Sanchari Goswami; BA LLB (energy laws), Batch 2, 2nd year; and
  • Akash Adhikary; BA LLB (energy laws), Batch 2, 2nd year; as speaker 1 and 2. 
The position of Researcher is open for allotment, and we invite applications from any who must have participated as a Researcher in the National Pool, during the XIIth Intra Moot Court Competition, and secured a 'rank'.

Interested individuals are requested to please send in an email to mca.upes@gmail.com, with the body of the email as:- Application as Researcher for allotment of the 'name of the moot court competition'; stating your full name, course details, and individual rank as a researcher in the intra moot court competition in the body of the email. 

It is important that you most positively mention the correct and complete name of the competition.

Allotment would be made on the sole basis of best individual rank.

The last date for sending applications for allotment of the vacant position for the purposes of the aforementioned moot is 11:59 p.m., 15th September, 2017. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
