Applicability - This moot is open for all.
The format of the mail for the application should be as follows -
"NAME OF THE MOOT"

Guidelines for the submission -

(Kindly read it carefully before making the submissions)
a.) A common submission from all the members of the team has to be made. Kindly send in your submission, with the body of the email as:- Submission for the challengers for the "name of the moot court competition"

It is important that you most positively mention the name of the competition. This will help cause less trouble during compilation for the purposes of evaluation.

b.) Word limit for each argument must be 1000 words for each issue in dispute, (from both contesting sides). There are total two issues. (to be dealt from both the sides).
The team will compile their individual arguments in a single .pdf file.

c.) File should be submitted in .pdf format and the name of the file must be in the following format: name of the researcher_submissions.
Non-adherence to the prescribed format will lead to automatic rejection of the team from the challengers.

d.) Deadline for the Submission is 14th December 2017, 08:00 P.M. (IST). No submission will be entertained after the deadline.

e.) Any submission made without following the guidelines as mentioned above will not be considered.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
