- It applies only if no team having a rank in the internal moot court competition expresses interest in a notified moot.
Kindly read the instructions thoroughly before registering as a team.
- Subject to the provisions above, The upcoming moots (till the end of the allotment period) may be allotted on the basis of the average CGPA Score obtained by the teams.
- All submissions are to be made in teams of 3 individuals. No exception shall be made to this requirement.
- The team with the highest average shall be given preference over the team with a lower average.
For e.g. - Team A: CGPA Score = 8.2
Team B: CGPA Score = 7.8
Team A shall be preferred over Team B.
- The average score so obtained shall be valid only for this allotment period i.e. the average CGPA score ceases to function after July, 2018 thereby not allowing the teams to secure a moot on this basis beyond the time span.
- CGPA is to be calculated till the even semester, 2017-18.

- Erroneous calculation of CGPA or average CGPA will render the team concerned entirely disqualified for participation may attract further penalty based on the nature of fault and subject to the discretion of the MCA.

- All relevant marksheets must be sent to MCA along with the application as proof in support of the claims.
- It is pertinent to note that no moot allotment can be claimed as an entitlement via this procedure. This procedure will be used by MCA in its discretion in order to do equitous moot allotments.
