Applications are invited from such teams either on the basis of Intra 'Rank' or CGPA score.

This moot competition is being reopened for application. Similar opportunity may not be extended repeatedly.

In case of any moot, especially moots of an international nature, please consider the economics of finance and everything materially important to participation in such competition. 

 You may direct specific questions regarding the same to the Faculty Convenor, Mr. Ashish Jain.

The teams are expected to clearly mention their preference (max. 3) in the application form. 

 A team must consist of a minimum of 3 members, and may consist of a maximum of 5 members. (In case of a 5-member team, do email the MCA at mca.upes@gmail.com, since the form may not suffice.) No cross-teaming is allowed. No cross-teaming from different universities will also be allowed.

Allotments shall be made solely on the basis of the 'Average Team Score' or 'CGPA Score', with Average Team Rank enjoying predominance, and preference provided.

Note - For the team applying through CGPA Score,

  1. Kindly provide the authentic document for the CGPA Score. Also, DO NOT mention the Semester Score. You are required to calculate the overall average of the score that you have scored uptill the latest semester.
  2. All the members have to be non-Intra scorers. NO mixed team is allowed. 

In case of any query, contact team MCA but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

It is imperative that you most positively mention the correct details in the application form. Any typographical error may lead to non-allotment of that moot court competition.

The last date for sending applications for allotment of any of the aforementioned moots is 11:59 a.m., 29th April, 2018. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright.
