Dear Applicants,


For the purpose of the challengers for the 4th GNLU Moot on Securities and Investment Law 2018;

You are required to frame both sides of the arguments, restricting yourself to 750-1000 words, for each individual argument, for any two fundamental issues in the moot compromis-

The date for oral arguments would be Monday, 16th April, 2018. Any change would be communicated to you. The time is 3:15 p.m., the venue, in all probability being the 3rd Floor Moot Court Hall.

For purposes of the challengers, please register yourself by emailing, latest by 11:59 P.M., 12th April, 2018, your team composition, and the Intra Moot Rank, or the CGPA, whichever is better applicable, secured by each individual member, to mca.upes@gmail.com. Applications received after the deadline shall be rejected outright.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
