WINNERS : TILA International Energy Law Moot Court Competition (TIMCCE), 2018 (2nd October 2018)

Respected All, 

It is a matter of great pride and happiness that the moot team from UPES School of Law are the WINNERS  in TILA International Energy Law Moot Court Competition (TIMCCE), 2018  held on 2nd October 2018 organized by Banasthali University, Rajasthan. Dr. Ashok Kumar Tyagi, Ms. Sushmita Haldar, Ms. Dharmita Prasad, Mr. Sam Babu KC are the official faculty mentors of the team.
The team consisted of the following students:

1.  Samanvi Narang, 5th Year, B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Energy Law
2. Shraddha Mishra, 5th Year, B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Energy Law
3. Nihar Ratan, 5th Year, B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Energy Law
4. Bhavya Upadhyay, 5th Year, B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Energy Law

The team has won a cash prize of 500 USD, Winners Trophy along with 100% scholarship for all team members for Electricity Laws Online Certificate Course awarded by Dr. Gopal Energy Foundation.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
