INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING MEMORIAL SUBMISSIONS FOR THE XIV INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2019

Dear Participants,

Following are the general instructions pertaining to Memorial Submission for the XIV Internal Moot Court Competition, 2019

[a.] The Memorial Submission date is as follows:

Submission of Soft Copy - 20th August 2019 (11.59 pm)

Submission of Hard Copy – 21st August 2019 between 3-4 pm at 5th-floor Moot Court Hall.

[b.] The Soft Copy submission should be made in a Zip Folder containing the written submission from both the sides. The name of the Zip Folder should be the name of the Speaker 1 of the respective team.(as filled in the google form) The subject line of mail shall be written as :

NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL POOL_Name of the Speaker 1 of the respective team

[c.] At the time of Hard Copy Submission, Every team will be allotted a team Code "TC" and the same allotted code will be the final code for oral rounds.

[d.] On the Hard Copy of the written Submission, teams will write the code at the time of submission after being allotted the respective code.

[e.] The Hard Copy will only be accepted at the time mentioned above. Further, the teams are requested not to disclose their identity on the hard copy as this will lead to disqualification of the team.

[f.] Teams have to submit one copy of the written submission from both the sides. (In Total 2 copies).Subsequent to memorial selection rounds the selected teams will have to submit three copies of written submission.

[g.] Those teams who have already submitted their memorials can also re-send memorials in the above-mentioned format before 11:59 p.m. on 20th August 2019.
