CALL FOR CHALLENGERS: 1st DME National Trial Advocacy Competition, 2019 [Nov 4, 2019]

Dear Students,

We are looking forward to invite application in order to select the team which could represent School of Law, UPES at 1st DME National Trial Advocacy Competition, 2019 on November 4th, 2019.

APPLY AT: Moot Allotment Form, latest by October 23, 2019(11:59 am).

PROCEDURE FOR ALLOTMENT: Participation will be in a team of two (Both Speakers).
The participants shall conduct both Examination in Chief as well as Cross Examination from both the sides. 
The participants are requested to bring along witness for the purpose of the same during challenger rounds.

Note: The challenger round will be conducted on 24th October, 2019.

In case of any query, contact team MCA but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

The date and venue of challengers shall be communicated to the participants via e mail.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
