VII NOVICE MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2020

Dear All,
Mooting is a unique experience that tests your knowledge and dares you to think on your feet. Moot Court Association (MCA) is always looking for fresh challenges, and novel avenues for research. The MCA at the School of Law is very pleased to announce the initiation of the procedure for the VII Novice Moot Court Competition, 2020.

PARTICIPATION
The VII NMCC is open to all 1 st year students for all specializations of B.A. LL.B, B.B.A. LL.B, B.COM LL.B, B.Sc LLB (Hons) and 2 nd year B.Tech LLB (Hons).

REGISTRATION
Online Registration through Google form.

Caution: Any delay in the registration procedure or disruption with the registration formalities or partially disruption after the expiry of the scheduled dates of registration, WILL BE TERMED AS NO REGISTRATION, therefore, no claim subsists for the teams thereafter.

We urge you to be on the field and to learn the experience of mooting.

RULE BOOK:

For further details about the competition, kindly refer to the rules for the registration process attached herewith.


Please note that the MCA reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition, in case the same are warranted by circumstances. Any such alteration will be put up on the notice board at a reasonable time prior to the competition.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
