NOTICE: PARTICIPATION IN EXTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITIONS


Dear Students,

In furtherance of Coronavirus (COVID19)- Important Advisory issued by University, following regulations for the teams participating in National Moot Court Competitions shall be applicable from 06 March, 2020 - 

1.    In view of growing epidemic and associated health concerns, we recommend reducing movement both Domestically and Internationally, thus no moot allotments shall be made till 22 March, 2020, i.e., no External Participation forms shall be signed for moots falling within this period

2.  The teams which were already allotted moot but have not registered themselves yet with the host universities, will not be permitted to participate in the same.

3. Teams who have completed the registration and other formalities and wish to proceed with participating in the competition at personal level are strongly advised to follow travel advisory issued in this regard.

4.   Teams who wish to withdraw their participation from allotted Moots, taking place before 10 April, 2020 will not be subject to sanctions by the way of Blacklisting from Moot Court Association.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
