INFORMATION REGARDING DATE EXTENSION FOR MEMORIAL SUBMISSION- 1ST UPES ONLINE INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2020

Dear Participants,

Greetings!

The soft copy memorial submissions has been extended. The new date stand as-

Soft Copy Memorial Submission : Before 03:00 pm on 07/06/2020

a) Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder. The ZIP folder will be named as the Name of Speaker 1 of the team.
For eg. If the name of Speaker  1 is X, then the file will be named as X.zip.

b) In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in a PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Speaker 1-P/R"  (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent).
For eg. If name of Speaker 1 is X and the memorial is from the side of Petitioner, the name of the file will be X-P.pdf

c) The ZIP file will be uploaded through the link given below:

d) All memorials must be submitted before 03:00 pm, 7th June 2020. Submissions made after 03:00 pm will result in deduction of 5 marks for every half an hour.

e) Team Codes will be assigned to all teams on the date of memorial exchange i.e. 8th June, 2020. Memorial Exchange will be conducted via email and memorials will be sent to the email of Speaker 1 of every team.

f) All memorials will be subjected to a plagiarism check.


NOTE: If any team is unable to upload in a ZIP file, they can separately upload the memorials in a PDF file. Instruction (b) will be followed in that regard. No request for further extension of dates for memorial submission shall be entertained in any circumstances.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
