INFORMATION REGARDING MEMORIAL SUBMISSION - XVI INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2021

Greetings!
The general instructions
for memorial submission are as follows:-
a) Participants have to
submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder. The ZIP folder will be named as the Name of Researcher of the team.
For e.g. If the name of the Researcher is X, then the file will be named X.zip.
b) In the ZIP folder,
both memorials will be in PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be
"Name of Researcher-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent).
(In the Rulebook it was
mentioned that the Memorials have to be named after the Speaker 1 of the team
but we request you to please name it after the researcher.)
For e.g. If the name of the Researcher is X and the memorial is from the side of Petitioner, the name of
the file will be X-P.pdf
c) The compendium, if
any, shall not be uploaded along with the memorial through the form. The
researcher of the team can screen share them during the rounds.
d) The ZIP file will be
uploaded through the link given below:
e) All memorials must be
submitted before 5:00 pm, 19th
October, 2021. Submissions made after 5:00 pm will result in a deduction of 5
marks for every half an hour.
f) Team Codes will be
assigned to all teams on the date of memorial exchange i.e. 23rd
October 2021. Memorial Exchange will be conducted via email and memorials will
be sent to the email of the Researcher of every team.
g) All memorials will be
subjected to a plagiarism check.
NOTE: If any team is
unable to upload in a ZIP file, they can mail the memorials to
mca.upes@gmail.com in a PDF file. Instruction (b) will be followed in that
regard. However, the teams who have uploaded the zip file through the form will
not mail their memorials.
No further extension for memorial submission shall be
given in any circumstance.
