Call for applications for Dummy Team: V Surana & Surana and UPES School of Law National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2022

 Dear Students,

Greetings from Moot Court Association

The Moot Court Association of our University is organizing the V Surana and Surana and UPES School of Law, National Insolvency Law Moot Court Competition, 2022 which is scheduled from 14th - 16th October 2022  in online format. 

The moot proposition is drafted by a luminous bench of drafters-Kumar Saurabh Singh (Partner), Ashwij Ramaiah (Senior Associate), and Rohitesh Tak (Associate) at Khaitan & Co, Mumbai.

In this regard, we are inviting a dummy team to participate in the said Competition. We encourage 2nd and 3rd-year students specifically to participate as it will provide an exciting experience to witness how teams perform in coveted national moots. Teams from some of the top law colleges in the country are participating in the said competition.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
