Announcement : Internal Client Counselling Competition, 2023

The Moot Court Association, UPES School of Law is delighted to announce Internal Client Counselling Competition, 2023. The competition is scheduled from January 21st – January 22nd, 2023.

Client counseling is a coveted skill that every law student should master. What distinguishes  a great lawyer from a good one is their ability to draw the right information from a client and convey their thoughts concisely and confidently. The path to creating a strong attorney-client relationship is one that takes years of practice. While dealing with a client, there may be several issues such as difficulty in establishing trust, not being asked the right questions to elicit relevant information that the client is withholding, etc.

We are delighted to announce that we are opening registrations for the competition, therefore we cordially invite the teams to enroll for the same.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
