Moot Court Association (MCA) is pleased to announce the initiation of 


'X Novice Moot Court Competition, 2023'



Dear All,


Mooting is an exhilarating experience, that lets us all channel our inner advocates. Mooting is the only means that lets a law student experience a real court's mannerisms, ethics, and surroundings. 

Moot Court Association here at UPES has always been keen to inculcate the seed of mooting in students from the very initial year of their law school journey. The Moot court association is delighted to announce the “X Novice Moot Court Competition, 2023”.



PARTICIPATION:


The X NMCC is open to all 1st-year students for all specializations of B.A. LL.B, B.B.A. LL.B, B.COM LL.B, B.Sc. LLB (Hons), 3-year LLB (Hons), and 2nd-year B.Tech LLB (Hons) .

Please note that the MCA reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition, in case the same are warranted by circumstances. Any such alteration will be put up on the notice board at a reasonable time prior to the competition.
