GUIDELINES REGARDING MEMORIAL SUBMISSION: X NOVICE MOOT COURT COMPETITION

 Dear participants,


Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! 


The teams are required to submit their memorial in the form of a soft copy on 30th March 2023, 11.59 PM  and hard copy on 31st March 2023(3-5pm).




Soft Copy Memorial Submission:


• The participants are required to submit the soft copy of their memorials, latest by 11:59 pm. March 30, 2023. Submissions made after the set deadline will result in a deduction of 5 marks for every half an hour.

• The memorials shall be submitted through the below link:

• Participants have to submit both memorials together in a ZIP folder.

•  The ZIP folder should be named according to the name of the Researcher of the team.

(For ex- If the Name of the Researcher is X, then the zip folder should be named as X.zip)

• In the ZIP folder, both memorials will be in PDF format. The name of the PDF files will be "Name of Researcher-P/R" (P if Petitioner, R if Respondent).

• The Compendium, if any, shall not be uploaded along with the memorial through the form. The team can submit to the judges during the rounds. 


Hard Copy Memorial Submission:


• The participants are required to submit their memorials in hard copy on March 31 from 3-5 pm in sol audi.

• Each team is required to submit 6 copy the plaintiff’s memorial and 6 copy of the respondent’s memorial. 


• All the teams are required to report to room on the time. 

• The team code will be provided on the day of the hard copy submission. 


No further extension shall be given to the teams for the memorial submission.


Note- 1.The teams who won’t be submitting their memorial in soft copies, their         hard copies of memorials won’t be accepted.

2. Cover page of the Petitioner should be Blue and the Respondent be Red.

SPEAKERS & RESEARCHERS RANKS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023.

Dear Participants, Greetings from the Moot Court Association!! The wait is finally over, we are delighted to announce the ranks of  XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 . External Moot Court Competitions shall be allotted only through Internal Ranks/ Challenger Round abiding with the rules mentioned in Allotment and Mentorship Rules 2024. No allotments shall be made based on Average CGPA.  These ranks will be effective from XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 till XIX Internal Moot Court Competitions, 2024.  NOTE: 1.      The detailed committee preference leaflet will be released soon. 2.      The Moot Court Association is releasing the ranks of Top 100 Speakers and Top 50 Researchers; hence the remaining applicants are requested to fill the form only with their names.
