Greetings from the Moot Court Association!!

We are inviting applications in order to select the team that could represent the School of Law, UPES at the FDI Moot Court Competition during November 2023.

APPLY AT: MOOT ALLOTMENT FORM, latest by August 25, 2023(5:00 pm).

In case of any query, contact team MCA but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright if any discrepancy is found.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. The Moot Court Committee firmly commits to instill the foundation of mooting right from the outset of each student’s legal education journey. MCC delightfully introduces to you; XIX INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2024 The Competition is open to all the law students of UPES, from II    year to Final year, pursuing 5-year integrated BA LLB, BBA LLB, BCom LLB; 3-year LLB and BTech LLB (III year onwards). Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
