CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS | XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023

Dear Students,

Greetings from the Moot Court Association!

This is to inform you all that the Moot Court Association, School of Law, UPES is organizing it's XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 from 3rd-7th November 2023.

For the same, we invite volunteers for the committees from 1st to 3rd year students mentioned under:

  1. Hospitality: Volunteers will be required to escort judges and teams, and to ensure that decorum is maintained during the Competition.
  2. Documentation: All paperwork and correspondence like memorials, files for judges and teams, etc, are handled by this committee.
  3. Court Bailiff: A Court Bailiff functions as an Officer of the Court.
  4. Infrastructure: All infrastructural arrangements like setting up courtrooms, etc. will be managed by this team.
  5. Media: Empower voices and make an impact by joining our media team - your creativity and dedication will shape narratives that resonate and leave a lasting impression.
  6. Photography: Capturing the moments of the competition.

NOTE :

  • All applications will be accepted on first come first serve basis.
  • The participants of the XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition 2023 cannot play a dual role, hence they can’t fill out the form for the same.
  • The last date for registration is 11th October 2023.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
