INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS | XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023.

Dear Participants,

Mooting is an exhilarating experience, that makes us all channel our inner advocates. Mooting is the only means that lets a law student experience the mannerisms, ethics, and surroundings of a real court. The Moot Court Association here at UPES has always been keen to inculcate the seed of mooting in students from the very initial years of their law school journey.

One such initiative taken by the MCA, again this year is to form a list where all of those who don’t have a team but still are interested in participating in the coming "XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023” can form a team among themselves and have a wonderful mooting experience. 

So, if you are eager to be a participant in this edition of the competition and still can’t find a proper team composition, please fill in the requisites in the form attached below. Once, we receive the desired number of applications, thereafter the MCA will will publish the list of the applicants on the Moot Blawg.

The last date for registering for the same is 23th September (11.59 PM). We hope that this will act as an aid for everyone.

It serves as a portal through which students can fully immerse themselves in the environment of ethical considerations and protocols of a real courtroom. Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
