REGISTRATIONS | XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023.

 

Greetings from the Moot Court Association!!

Mooting, the skill of compelling argumentation, creates an opportunity to cultivate our innate legal intellect. It serves as a portal through which law students can fully immerse themselves in the environment, ethical considerations, and protocols of a real courtroom. The Moot Court Association at UPES is firmly committed to instilling the foundations of mooting right from the outset of each student's legal education journey.

The Moot Court Association is delighted to announce the “XVIII INTERNAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023”.

It may be noted that it is compulsory to participate in the Internal Moot Court Competition to be eligible to participate in External Moot Court Competitions.

PARTICIPATION

The Competition is open for all the students of the Second year to Final Year of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), B.B.A.LL.B.(Hons.), B.Com.LL.B.(Hons.), B.SC.LL.B. and 3-year LL.B; and 3rd year onwards for B.Tech.LL.B.(Hons.) from UPES School of Law.

Additionally, the Top 16 teams of the XI Novice Moot Court Competition,2023 will be allowed to participate in this competition on their discretionary basis.

NOTE: Registration can be done only through submitting Google registration form. The oral rounds for this edition have been scheduled from 4th  November 2023 to 7th November 2023. Details for these are mentioned below.
