Guidelines For Soft Copy Memorial Submission| XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition,2023.

:         Dear Participants,

·      Memorial submission will be done via a GOOGLE FORM by 25th October 2023(11:59 PM).

·      All submissions should be converted to a Zip file.

The Zip file must contain the .pdf format of Memorials from both sides. The Zip file must be named as the name of the first speaker of the team.

·      If the participants are not able to attach the Zip file in the Google Form, only then the participants can send a soft copy of their memorials on or before October 25 2023 on mootcourt@ddn.upes.ac.in with the subject of the email reading ‘Submission of soft copy of memorial – Speaker 1 Name’. E.g. “Submission of soft copy of memorial –Name”.

·      Non-compliance with submitting the memorial in the above timeline would attract penalties in the following manner:

1.     Two marks per memorial for a delay of two hours from the deadline for a total of four marks,

2.     Five marks per memorial for a delay of six hours from the deadline for a total of ten marks,

3.     Ten marks per memorial for a delay of twelve hours from the deadline for a total of twenty marks, and

4.     Twenty marks per memorial for a delay of eighteen hours from the deadline for a total of forty marks.

·      Partial submissions shall be treated as non-submission. A complete submission will be one where memorials for both sides are submitted. If a team submits its memorials more than once then only the last complete submission will be treated.

·     A team that does not submit the memorials within eighteen hours from the deadline, i.e. before 11:59PM on October 25, 2023, shall be disqualified from the Competition and shall take no further part in the Competition.
