We hope that your preparations for the upcoming XVIII Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 are in full swing. Kindly note the following points to be kept in mind pertaining to the competition.

SOFT COPY SUBMISSION AND TEAM COMPOSITIONS 

 

The teams shall be required to fill their Final Team compositions while submitting a soft copy of the memorial. This shall ensure the final composition which shall not be altered thereafter. The link for the soft copy submission can be found on the UPES Mooting Blawg.  

 

MOOTING MANDATE

 

Kindly note that the University rules require that the students compete in at least 3 moots (which may include Novice and Internal Moot Court and National Moots as well) to successfully the course. 

 

Students not participating or backing out of the Internal Moot Court Competition, 2023 are NOT entitled to claim any national moot court competitions in the coming tenure. The Moot Court Association shall not be obligated to provide any national moots without an intra-rank. Therefore, it is quintessential to participate in the annual Internal Moot Court Competition. 

 

We, at MCA are looking forward to your participation and engagement in this upcoming Internal Moot and are ready to provide you with any help or assistance to ensure your comfortable participation. We also wish to make your journey of mooting a memorable experience by exposing you to quality rounds and quality judging from experts in the field. In light of this, the least we expect is that you do not retract at the time of the submission of the memorial. We aspire to have a memorial submission from each team that has registered. Hoping for the maximum turnout.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
