CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS | XII Freshmen Induction Moot Court Competition, 2025

Dear Students, 

Greetings From The Moot Court Committee!

This is to inform you that the UPES Moot Court Committee, School of Law, is organizing its XII Freshmen Induction Moot Court Competition, 2025 from February 4th to February 8th, 2025.

For the same, we invite students from 1st year to 3rd year to be volunteers for the following sub-committees.

  1. Hospitality: Volunteers will be required to escort judges and teams, and to ensure that decorum is maintained during the Competition. 
  2. Documentation: All paperwork and correspondence like memorials, files for judges and teams, etc., are handled by this committee.
  3. Court Bailiff: A Court Bailiff functions as an Officer of the Court.
  4. Infrastructure: All infrastructural arrangements like setting up courtrooms, etc. will be managed by this team.
  5. Media & Design: Empower voices and make an impact by joining our media team - your creativity and dedication will shape narratives that resonate and leave a lasting impression.

NOTE :

  1. Applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. 
  2. The participants of the XII Freshmen Induction Moot Court Competition, 2025 cannot play a dual role, hence they can’t fill out the form for the same. 

The last date for registration is January 31, 2025.

Dear students,  The most crucial part of any kind of event is its workforce, and we invite applications from the students, from Year 2 - Year 4 from the School of Law, for a variety of internal portfolios in the Moot Court Association, for the academic year 2024-2025.
